The Miss Alabama Scholarship Competition is a state preliminary for the Miss America Opportunity. This competition allows women ages 17-28 to serve their communities year-round, while competing to earn scholarship dollars. Participants must compete in local preliminary competitions before taking the stage in June. For more information about the organization, click the crown above!

Getting Started

The children are smiling, some wearing superhero or colorful t-shirts, and some holding signs related to AED adventures. The background has educational posters with colorful letters and words.

Develop a Community Service Initiative

A CSI (Community Service Initiative) is a service project that a delegate commits her year of service towards.

This is meant to grow with the women throughout her years of competing and can be on any topic of interest.
